Take off the shell and tail from the shrimps and keep the heads for better flavour
devein the shrimps
drizzle the shrimps with olive oil and a pinch of salt
take a pot and place it on the stove burner running on medium heat
add 3-4 tbsp of olive oil
add the shrimps, to get colour, you don't want to cook them yet
once the shrimps are ready take them out
add the shallots until translucent
add the minced garlic
add the tomato paste and stir it up
add the ouzo until the alcohol evaporates
add the diced tomatoes
you can ad the passata for extra sauce
add the diced green bell pepper
add the fresh oregano and basil
add the red chillies
add a pinch of black pepper
add a pinch of salt
let it shimmer for 15 minutes
add the shrimps in the sauce
add the crumbled feta cheese
cover it and cook it for 5-7 minutes
ready to serve
