take a big pan and place it on medium high temperature
add avocado oil
add the marinated chicken and cook it until it turns brown
take all the chickens out and place it in a bowl
add a little bit of avocado oil
add the wedged potatoes and cook them until dark brown
take the potatoes out and place them in a bowl
add in the pan the white onion and keep the heat low
once the onion is soften up nicely add the minced garlic
add the vermouth and let it cook off
add the green and red bell peppers
add the chicken
add the potatoes and mix it all in
add the cherry tomatoes
add black pepper, crashed coriander seeds, paprika and salt
add a good amount of parsley
add the white wine and mix it all well
cover the pan with a lid and let it cook in low heat for 10 minutes
ready to serve
