Creamy Pasta with Sage and a surprise

- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion diced
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 200 ml white wine
- 1 L heavy cream
- sea salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 10 fresh sage leaves
- 4 tbsp grated parmesan
- 3 prosciutto slices
in a cold pan running at low temperature add the olive oil and the onions to soften up slowly
create a hole in the middle of the pan and add the finely minced garlic
deglaze the pan by adding the white wine and let the alcohol evaporate
add the heavy cream
add a little bit of salt and pepper
add the nutmeg
add the fresh sage
let it simmer
add the parmesan
boil the pasta
in a pan add some olive oil
add the prosciutto until it gets crispy
cut the crispy prosciutto
add the pasta in the pot with the sauce
serve the pasta on the plate, add a little bit of parmesan cheese and the prosciutto
