- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 knobs butter
- 2 cloves of garlic smashed
- 1 pinch of salt & pepper
- juice of 1 lemon
- 100 ml chicken broth
place the pot on the stove running at medium high temperature
add the olive oil
add the smashed garlic
let it cook until the butter melts and the garlic releases it's fragrant
add the green beans and sauté for 3-4 minutes at a lower temperature
add a pinch of salt & pepper
add the chicken broth
close the lid and let them steam for 2 minutes or until the chicken broth has evaporated
once ready add the juice of the lemon and let them cool for 3 minutes
ready to serve with some micro planed Parmesan on top
