Grilled Corn on the Cob with Zesty Dill-Lime Sauce
Summer is almost over but it's still time to fire up the grill! Today, we're taking a classic BBQ staple—corn on the cob—and elevating it with a mouthwatering dill, lime, mayo, and sour cream sauce that you won't be able to resist.

- 6 pieces fresh corn on the cob
- 2 tbsp aioli
- 1 sour cream
- 2½ tbsp fresh dill
- 1 tbsp sambal oelek
- 1 lime juice
- 1 pinch salt
in a bowl add 2 tbsp of aioli
add the sour cream
cut the dill using the rock-chop method and add it in the bowl
add the sambal oelek
add a pinch of salt
add the juice from a lime and mix in well
turn your grill on low heat using all burners
spray the grill with olive oil so nothing sticks
place on the grill the corn and let them cook for 10-12 minutes
turn them around every 3 minutes
ready to serve
