Roasting Pan
Wood fire oven
- 1½ Kg - 3.3 lb baby potatoes skin on
- 60 ml - 2 fl oz olive oil
- 1 tbsp sea salt
- 1 tbsp freshly ground pepper
- 3 tbsp rosemary
Add a good amount of olive oil in the roasting pan
Add the potatoes
Add a little bit more of olive oil
Stir the potatoes around
Add a good amount of sea salt
Add freshly ground pepper
Add the rosemary
Stir the potatoes around and put them in the wood fire oven for 1 hour
ready to serve
