Jordbær med fløde
This is one of my all time favourite desserts, reminds me of summers in my childhood after harvesting strawberries in the garden of my grandparents, serving this with milk straight from the cow staples. Basically the simple things are the best and this is the BEST!!
Equipment
- 1 medium size bowl
Ingredients
- 1 kg strawberries
- 100 ml heavy cream
- 100 ml full fat milk
Instructions
- wash the strawberries
- cut the stems from the strawberries and then in pieces
- take a bowl and add the strawberries
- sprinkle over a fair amount of white sugar
- let it rest for 2 to 3 minutes
- add 100 ml of heavy cream
- add 100 ml full fat milk
- place it in the fridge for 1 hour
- ready to serve
