Ingredients
- ½ red onion julienne cut
- ½ chilli pepper finely chopped
- ½ bunch cilantro finely chopped
- 250 g Sea Bream or other white fish
- 3 limes juiced
- 1-2 tbsp Aji Amarillo paste
- salt
- black pepper
- red peppercorn crushed
Instructions
- finely cut half red onion and place it in a bowl filled with water and ice
- finely dice the chillies and place it in a small bowl
- finely chop the cilantro
- cut in half horizontally the Sea Bream and then cut it in bite size chunks
- place the cut fish in the fridge
Sauce
- in a bowl take the limes and extract the juice
- add the chopped chillies
- add the Aji Amarillo paste
- add the salt & black pepper
- add the chopped cilantro
- mix it all in with a spoon
- take the fish out of the fridge and add it in the bowl with the sauce
- mix it all so everything gets covered
- place it in the fridge for 10-15 minutes
- ready to serve

Notes
Fish has parasites so you have to freeze it overnight to avoid getting ill
