- 1 Bullet smoker
Ingredients
- 7 Porn tenderloin
- ½ L Water for the brine
- 1 TB Sea salt for the brine
- crushed chilies
- chipotle
- oregano
- smoked paprika or your favourite barbecue rub
- 1 chunk hickory wood for the smoke flavour
Instructions
- Brine the pork tenderloin
- drizzle the pork with olive oil to cover all sides
- rub them with one spice on each pork tenderloin
- place them in the bullet smoker, on the top rack at 120℃ - 250℉ for 1 to 1½ hour until internal temperature of the meat is 60℃ - 125℉
