- 600 g peanuts
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1½ tbsp honey
in an oven pan covered with parchment paper, spread the peanuts evenly
place the pan in the middle rack of your oven running at 180℃ - 356℉ until they turn golden
once ready take them out of the oven and rest them until room temperature
transfer the roasted peanuts to the food processor and blend it
when it starts getting sticky, scrape down the sides of the container and continue blending
once it gets softer add a pinch of sea salt and the honey
continue blending until the consistency is right
ready to serve
