- 1 oven pan
- 1 Food processor
Ingredients
- 600 g peanuts
- 1 pinch sea salt
- 1½ tbsp honey
Instructions
- in an oven pan covered with parchment paper, spread the peanuts evenly
- place the pan in the middle rack of your oven running at 180℃ - 356℉ until they turn golden
- once ready take them out of the oven and rest them until room temperature
- transfer the roasted peanuts to the food processor and blend it
- when it starts getting sticky, scrape down the sides of the container and continue blending
- once it gets softer add a pinch of sea salt and the honey
- continue blending until the consistency is right
- ready to serve
