- 1 Immersion Blender 
- 1 big pot 
- 1 kg Habanero chilies
- 1 kg sweet red peppers
- 700 ml vinegar
- 700 g sugar
- 1 tbsp sea salt
- cut off the top from the red peppers, split them down in the middle, remove the seeds and also the little white stem in the middle 
- chop them up in medium size pieces 
- place them into the pot 
- for the chilies put on a pair of gloves 
- cut them down in the middle, remove all the seeds and into the pot 
- add the vinegar 
- add the sugar 
- start the stove  on medium heat to bring it to a boil and then add the sea salt 
- bring it up to a boil and then let it simmer until the peppers they are super soft 
- switch it off and let it cool down just a little bit 
- use your immersion blender but don't make it totally smooth you want to have some texture left in 
- pour the jam into your sanitized jars and let it cool down 
- ready to serve on toast or even pair it with cheeses
