- 250 ml - 1 cup Ketchup w/o sugar
- 3 tbsp BBQ rub Equal parts of Salt, Pepper, Paprika, Cumin, Garlic powder and Onion powder
- 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 3 tbsp Ketjap Manis
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp Worcester sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp hot sauce
in a pan add the Ketchup w/o sugar
add the BBQ rub
add the apple cider vinegar
add the Ketjap Manis
add the mustard
add the Worcester sauce
add the honey
add the hot sauce
turn the heat on to medium and cook it until the sauce thickens up
ready to serve
