Ingredients
  

  • 250 ml - 1 cup Ketchup w/o sugar
  • 3 tbsp BBQ rub Equal parts of Salt, Pepper, Paprika, Cumin, Garlic powder and Onion powder
  • 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 3 tbsp Ketjap Manis
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp Worcester sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce

Instructions
 

  • in a pan add the Ketchup w/o sugar
  • add the BBQ rub
  • add the apple cider vinegar
  • add the Ketjap Manis
  • add the mustard
  • add the Worcester sauce
  • add the honey
  • add the hot sauce
  • turn the heat on to medium and cook it until the sauce thickens up
  • ready to serve
