  • Roasting Pan
  • Wood fire oven

Ingredients
  

  • 1½ Kg - 3.3 lb baby potatoes skin on
  • 60 ml - 2 fl oz olive oil
  • 1 tbsp sea salt
  • 1 tbsp freshly ground pepper
  • 3 tbsp rosemary

Instructions
 

  • Add a good amount of olive oil in the roasting pan
  • Add the potatoes
  • Add a little bit more of olive oil
  • Stir the potatoes around
  • Add a good amount of sea salt
  • Add freshly ground pepper
  • Add the rosemary
  • Stir the potatoes around and put them in the wood fire oven for 1 hour
  • ready to serve
