- Wood fire oven
Ingredients
- 1½ Kg - 3.3 lb baby potatoes skin on
- 60 ml - 2 fl oz olive oil
- 1 tbsp sea salt
- 1 tbsp freshly ground pepper
- 3 tbsp rosemary
Instructions
- Add a good amount of olive oil in the roasting pan
- Add the potatoes
- Add a little bit more of olive oil
- Stir the potatoes around
- Add a good amount of sea salt
- Add freshly ground pepper
- Add the rosemary
- Stir the potatoes around and put them in the wood fire oven for 1 hour
- ready to serve
