  • 1 big pot

Ingredients
  

  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 knobs butter
  • 2 cloves of garlic smashed
  • 1 pinch of salt & pepper
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • 100 ml chicken broth

Instructions
 

  • place the pot on the stove running at medium high temperature
  • add the olive oil
  • add the smashed garlic
  • let it cook until the butter melts and the garlic releases it's fragrant
  • add the green beans and sauté for 3-4 minutes at a lower temperature
  • add a pinch of salt & pepper
  • add the chicken broth
  • close the lid and let them steam for 2 minutes or until the chicken broth has evaporated
  • once ready add the juice of the lemon and let them cool for 3 minutes
  • ready to serve with some micro planed Parmesan on top
