Ingredients
  

  • 150 g - 5 oz Butter
  • 1 Kg / 2.2 lbs Spinach
  • 2 cloves minced Garlic
  • 75 g - 2.5 oz flour all-purpose
  • 0.5 L - 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • tbsp Nutmeg
  • 200 g - 7 oz grated Parmesan

Instructions
 

  • in a large pot add the butter and let it melt
  • add the spinach close the lid and let it steam for 2-3 minutes
  • add the garlic
  • add the flour, mix it in well and let it cook for 2 minutes while steering
  • add the heavy cream
  • add the salt and black pepper
  • add the nutmeg
  • let it cook until the sauce thickens up
  • add the grated parmesan
  • ready to serve
