Creamy Pasta with Sage and a surprise

Ingredients
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 onion diced
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 200 ml white wine
- 1 L heavy cream
- sea salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 10 fresh sage leaves
- 4 tbsp grated parmesan
- 3 prosciutto slices
Instructions
- in a cold pan running at low temperature add the olive oil and the onions to soften up slowly
- create a hole in the middle of the pan and add the finely minced garlic
- deglaze the pan by adding the white wine and let the alcohol evaporate
- add the heavy cream
- add a little bit of salt and pepper
- add the nutmeg
- add the fresh sage
- let it simmer
- add the parmesan
- boil the pasta
- in a pan add some olive oil
- add the prosciutto until it gets crispy
- cut the crispy prosciutto
- add the pasta in the pot with the sauce
- serve the pasta on the plate, add a little bit of parmesan cheese and the prosciutto
