Ingredients
- 300 ml of sweetened condensed milk
- 50 g of high cocoa content dark chocolate
- 600 ml of heavy cream
- 1 splash dark rum
Instructions
- add the condensed milk into a pot
- add the chocolate
- start it on medium low heat and then just steer until everything is melted and nicely combined
- switch it off
- using the orbital mixer add 600 ml of heavy cream
- whip that but don't make it thick
- take a couple of spoons of and add it into the chocolate
- fold it in and don't stir it vigorously you want to fold it in to the chocolate mixture
- pour all the mixture onto the rest of the cream
- for a little bit of extra goodness add a splash of Dark Rum
- fold this like before carefully until everything is nice and combined
- place it in the freezer for 24h
- ready to serve
