Grilled Corn on the Cob with Zesty Dill-Lime Sauce
Summer is almost over but it's still time to fire up the grill! Today, we're taking a classic BBQ staple—corn on the cob—and elevating it with a mouthwatering dill, lime, mayo, and sour cream sauce that you won't be able to resist.

Ingredients
- 6 pieces fresh corn on the cob
- 2 tbsp aioli
- 1 sour cream
- 2½ tbsp fresh dill
- 1 tbsp sambal oelek
- 1 lime juice
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
- in a bowl add 2 tbsp of aioli
- add the sour cream
- cut the dill using the rock-chop method and add it in the bowl
- add the sambal oelek
- add a pinch of salt
- add the juice from a lime and mix in well
- turn your grill on low heat using all burners
- spray the grill with olive oil so nothing sticks
- place on the grill the corn and let them cook for 10-12 minutes
- turn them around every 3 minutes
- ready to serve
