Pulled Pork Pasta
This is the last episode of our Pulled Pork theme (for now at least), we saved it for the end as it is one of our absolute favorites, and a staple in our kitchen. Whenever we have left over Pulled Pork it is certain that we make this.Fast, easy and so so delicious.

Ingredients
- 250 ml smoked tomato sauce
- 2 cans chopped tomatoes
- 1 white onion finely diced
- sea salt to taste
- oregano
- pulled pork
- 500 g good quality spaghetti
Instructions
Pulled Pork Sauce
- In a medium size pot add 1 tbsp of olive oil
- add the diced white onion and sauté until golden brown
- add the smoked tomato sauce
- add the 2 cans of chopped tomatoes
- add a pinch of sea salt
- add a good amount of oregano and bring it to simmer
- add the pulled pork and let it simmer
Pasta
- In a big pot with heavily boiled water add the pasta and cook them 1 minute less since we will finish it off at the sauce
- save some pasta water (starch) so it sticks with the sauce
Execution
- In a frying pan with medium heat add 2 or 3 generous spoons of the sauce
- add a spoon from the starch to the sauce
- add the amount of pasta in the sauce
- bring up to a boil while you are combining the pasta with the sauce
- ready to serve
