Ingredients
  

  • 2 kg black angus minced
  • ½ loaf of stale bread
  • 2 onions
  • 2 eggs
  • 25 g salt
  • freshly cracked pepper
  • ½ glass milk
  • 1 bunch fresh peppermint

Instructions
 

  • mince the meat and keep it in the fridge to stay cool
  • cut the bread in half, take a bowl and take out the crumbs in the middle
  • add a little bit of milk and break it up using your hands
  • set it aside and let it soak
  • grate the onions
  • finely cut the fresh peppermint
  • take the bowl with the mixed meat from the fridge
  • add the onion, the bread crumbs, the peppermint and the eggs
  • add 25 g of salt
  • add freshly cracked pepper
  • mix it well
  • place it in the fridge for 30 minutes
  • shape your meatballs a little bit bugger than bite-sized
  • cover them with flour
  • place them in the deep fat fryer
  • ready to serve
