This is spicy, tasty and really fast to make. You will want to make this over and over again, that's how good it is!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 kg Chicken Filet

Marinade

  • 2 tbsp Fresh Oregano chopped
  • 2 Limes juiced
  • 2-3 tbsp Avocado oil
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 2 tbsp Gochujang
  • 2 cloves garlic minced

Dressing

  • 500 g Greek Yoghurt
  • 3-4 tbsp Sriracha
  • Pinch of Sea salt
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • 1 clove garlic minced

Serving

  • Lettuce chopped
  • Tomato flesh only, chopped
  • Cilantro chopped
  • Large tortillas for wrapping

Instructions
 

Marinade

  • cut the chicken in bite size pieces and add them in a big bowl
  • add the chopped fresh oregano
  • add the juice from the limes
  • ad the avocado oil
  • add the salt
  • add the black pepper
  • add the paprika
  • add the Gochujang
  • add the minced garlic
  • mix it all up and let it rest for 1 hour

Dressing

  • add the yogurt in a bowl
  • add the Sriracha
  • add a pinch of sea salt
  • add a pinch of black pepper
  • add the juice of one lime
  • add a clove of garlic
  • mix it in

Cooking

  • on the flat top or a pan add avocado oil
  • add the chicken and cook it until it reaches 70℃/158℉ core temperature

Serving

  • take the warm tortillas and add lettuce, flesh only chopped tomato, chicken, some chopped cilantro and finally the dressing.
